Publication Procedure

For Authors

Welcome to the Techniques Sciences Méthodes (TSM) Journal author information page. We invite researchers, academicians, practitioners, and students to submit high-quality manuscripts for publication. This page provides clear guidelines to help authors prepare, submit, and successfully publish their research with TSM Journal.

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors may submit their manuscripts via email to:

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Required Submission Files

  • Manuscript (MS Word format: .doc / .docx)
  • Author details (names, affiliations, ORCID, email)
  • Graphical abstracts (optional)
  • Supplementary materials (if applicable)

2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

General Format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Language: English
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12
  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page numbers: bottom center

Manuscript Structure

Your manuscript should include the following sections:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) Information
  3. Abstract (150–250 words)
  4. Keywords (4–6 words)
  5. Introduction
  6. Literature Review (optional)
  7. Methodology
  8. Results & Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. Acknowledgement (optional)
  11. References (APA, IEEE, or journal format)

Figures and Tables

  • High-quality images (300 dpi minimum)
  • Numbered sequentially
  • Each figure/table must have a title and source (if applicable)

3. Plagiarism Policy

TSM Journal follows strict anti-plagiarism rules:

  • Maximum allowable similarity: Below 15%
  • Tools used: Turnitin / iThenticate / similar services
  • Papers exceeding the limit will be returned or rejected.

4. Peer Review Process

TSM follows a rigorous single-blind or double-blind peer review.

Review Stages

  1. Initial Editorial Screening
  2. Peer Review by Subject Experts
  3. Reviewer Comments Sent to Authors
  4. Revised Manuscript Submitted
  5. Final Editorial Decision (Accept/Revise/Reject)

Review time: typically 1–2 days.

5. Publication Process

After acceptance:

  1. Authors submit the camera-ready paper.
  2. The editorial team conducts proofreading and plagiarism re-check.
  3. The paper is scheduled for publication in the upcoming issue.
  4. Authors receive:
    • Publication Certificate
    • Online publication link
    • Indexed listing visibility

6. Publication Frequency

  • Monthly (12 issues per year)

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

TSM Journal maintains a low and accessible publication fee to support researchers worldwide.
Indian Authors:  3000 INR per paper
International Authors: 220 USD per paper

8. Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright.
  • Published articles appear under an open access policy.
  • Authors may reuse content with proper citation.

  • Many other indexing and abstracting services

Follow Step by Step Process for Research Paper Publication

Step-1: Manuscript Submission
The manuscript should be submitted directly to the following email address:- editor@tsmreview.com

Step-2: Decision on the Manuscript
The corresponding author will receive an e-mail, regarding the decision on the submitted manuscript.

Step-3: Pay the Article Publication Fee
Once the article is accepted, the author is required to pay the publication fee: 3000 INR (India) or 220 USD (Foreign).

Step-4: Final Documents Submission
Submit the final accepted version of your manuscript along with the copyright form, registration form, and payment receipt/screenshot.

Step-5: Article Publication
fter submitting the final documents, the paper will be published within 48 hours. The corresponding author will receive an email containing publication details and e-certificates.
